Digital Product License Agreement

The Lionheart Code Sports Performance

All digital products created and sold by The Lionheart Code Sports Performance—including Landing IQ™ and the 12-Week Plyometric Performance Program—are protected by copyright and licensed for specific, limited use.

By purchasing or downloading any Lionheart Code product, you agree to the following license terms.

Individual (Athlete) License

The Athlete Edition is intended for personal, individual use.

You may download and use all included materials (PDFs, videos, and guides) for your own training.
You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the program.
Uploading or posting program materials to public platforms (e.g., YouTube, Google Drive, team platforms, or social media) is strictly prohibited.

Team License

The Team License grants permission for one coach, trainer, or organization to use the purchased program with a single team or training group (up to 20 athletes) under their direct supervision.

Materials may be shared internally with those athletes for training purposes only.
This license does not allow redistribution, resale, or use across multiple teams or organizations.
Each additional team requires a separate license.

Club / Multi-Team License (Optional Upgrade)

The Club License extends use to multiple teams or training groups within one organization (up to 60 athletes total).

Designed for schools, clubs, or academies running several teams.
Still prohibits resale, public posting, or external distribution.

All training materials, names, designs, videos, and trademarks—including Landing IQ™, The Lionheart Code™, and all related programs—remain the sole intellectual property of The Lionheart Code Sports Performance.

Purchase of a license grants limited use rights, not ownership. Reproduction, modification, or unauthorized sharing of any material is prohibited under copyright law.
